FAQs

Can I edit my order?

Yes, but you’ll need to get in touch with your request before it is shipped. Email us before 1PM on the day of shipping.

Is there a minimum value for online orders?

For Home Delivery yes. It’s £40 for delivery via our courier. For Click & Collect orders there is no minimum value.

Home Delivery is free of charge if your order is over £85 for our courier service.

Can I order over the phone?

No. We only take online orders currently.

How long will it take?

Next day orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 1PM Mon-Thursday. Saturday delivery orders must be placed anytime/day before 1PM on Friday. Any orders placed after 1PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday

When will it arrive?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order is shipped, DHL will also send you SMS updates with estimated delivery times. 

Can I collect from the Kitchen?

Yes, indeed. Click & Collect is available at our Streatham Kitchen – 11 Natal Road SW16. Once this order is selected on checkout, we will contact you to arrange a pick up slot.

Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes, so long as that person has your name and order number.

How do I give special instructions for my Home Delivery? Eg – where to leave etc.

You can give us special delivery instructions when ordering, Simply put your special instructions in the notes section of the checkout page.

How do I add a discount code or voucher code to my order?

At stage two of the checkout process, you can type any voucher you have into the voucher box on the right hand side of the page.

Can I order without registering and checkout as a guest?

No, you’ll need an account with us. It doesn’t take long to set up and you can do it in the checkout process.

When will payment be taken for an online order?

Payment is taken on checking out of our online store.

Can I order my Home Delivery or Click & Collect to be in an insulated box?

We only deliver meals in an insulated box for deliveries from our courier, so not for those that come local delivery (SW16 postcodes only) or for Click & Collect.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

You will, by email.

Can I place an order for UK delivery from overseas?

You can, although our system is always confused by foreign postcodes. The trick is, when registering your address, enter as normal but use the delivery address postcode rather than your own. (The billing address is just for our records, so won’t affect the order.) Then, for the delivery address, enter the full UK address as normal (with the same postcode again), along with the recipient’s name and contact number. Be sure to include your email address and phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Simply respond to your email confirmation received via email. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Can I change my order from Home Delivery to Click & Collect or visa versa?

No, we’d need to cancel the original order and place the new one. If you call us on 07385658285 we will be more than happy to help.
